MILO, Australia's iconic crunchy milk drink, was first introduced in 1934 by chemical engineer, Thomas Mayne from Smithtown, NSW.

This role will ensure the consistent & sustained application, deployment & control of standards required to manage procurement within the project.
A day in the life...
Reporting to the Project Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure correct applications of procurement disciplines within the Project team, including Purchasing, invoice & documentation control and contractor timesheet management.
Run standard reporting for overdue requisition and order processing.
Manage parked and blocked payments within the CAPEX project.
Manage and coordinate distribute both internal and external communications, including mail and phone calls.
Prepare presentations and reports as required.
Inventory keeping / tracking for the project; asset creation and spare parts list management.
Maintain project files and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing calendars.

Business and Procurement process knowledge.
Proficient in using Microsoft office suite.
Previous experience and familiarity working with SAP preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to clearly manage archiving of purchasing documents.
Can work independently; self-manage to schedule, and attention to detail.
