About The Roles:
* Provide comprehensive legal support in various practice areas, including Real Estate, Conveyancing, Debt Recovery, Worker's Compensation, Insurance, Commercial Litigation, and Banking & Finance.
* Prepare legal documents, conduct research, and assist in case preparation.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations.
* Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
* Collaborate with legal teams to maintain compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Paralegal or Legal Secretary role.
* Strong knowledge of legal processes and documentation.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
