The Registration and Licensing Systems (RnLS) team is responsible for the application management of Registration and Licensing systems, including TRAILS.Your RoleAs a cornerstone of our IT strategy, you'll be working at the nexus of business and technology. You will steer the maintenance and development of IT systems, empowering clients as they navigate through both the established and the innovative avenues of our tech landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesBridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs by effective communication with diverse staff, documenting clear business requirements, and translating them into functional outcomes.Take the lead in analysing business requirements, identifying potentials for progress, and documenting the pathways needed to achieve these enhancements.Facilitate and direct meetings, presenting valuable insights and coordinating with a variety of stakeholders.Partner closely with ITB, internal business units, and external parties, harmonising requirements and fostering seamless solution integration.Oversee project deliverables, warranting client satisfaction and punctual completion of tasks.Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the functional intricacies and business operations pertinent to TMR IT systems.What We RequireAnalytical: Unravel and remodel complex business processes and IT systems.
