The Sales and Marketing Manager will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, expanding market reach, and promoting a diverse product range.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting sales strategies, optimising revenue, building customer loyalty, and using data insights to strengthen brand presence and maintain a competitive edge.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee the creation and execution of sales plans, establishing goals to optimise revenue and enhance customer loyalty.
* Analyse data and evaluate campaign effectiveness by comparing results with established benchmarks.
* Develop and execute strategies to raise awareness and promote products and services to a wide audience.
* Establish distribution channels for products and services, and research market trends and consumer preferences.
* Create and execute strategies to increase product use by strengthening brand identity and fostering customer loyalty.
* Develop advertising, public relations, sales, and marketing strategies in collaboration with management team members.
* Guide sales teams in establishing strong relationships with clients and negotiate sales agreements.
* Plan and assess marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* At least three (3) years of experience in the related field required.
