About the role The Company Secretary plays a pivotal role in the Office of the CEO function, acting as an advisor to the Board, Directors and the CEO to provide specialised advice and guidance in accordance with sound corporate governance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policy and Victorian Government regulations. This role will undertake and oversee all board secretariat functions to help achieve and influence a high performing culture of governance, corporate integrity and ethics at the TAC.
