Our client is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement (CI) professional to join on a contract basis and provide strategic direction, structure, and leadership to an established CI team.
The focus is on building a fit-for-purpose framework that supports consistent prioritisation, clear processes, and meaningful outcomes across a broad operational landscape.This is a key advisory role, ideal for someone who has successfully led CI programs in complex or highly regulated environments, and who can bring practical experience and guidance to help shape the future direction of the function.
What we're looking for: Proven experience in Continuous Improvement leadership roles, ideally within complex or regulated industries such as aviation, defence, or manufacturing Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies (certification highly regarded) Demonstrated ability to build and embed CI frameworks, prioritisation models, and strategic planning approaches Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing at all levels Desirable: Experience in aviation or safety-critical environments Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile Ability to assess business impact and ensure initiatives are aligned with broader organisational goals This is a contract opportunity for a confident, capable CI leader who can provide the clarity and structure needed to take an existing team to the next level.
