This Brisbane-based role will provide critical support to our Northern QLD field crews, ensuring seamless workforce management and service delivery across multiple sites.In this role, you will coordinate a team of Auto Electricians and HV Electricians, working on a variety of mobile plant equipment across multiple mine sites. Location: Brisbane-based, overseeing Northern QLD operations Hours: Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities Workforce Coordination - Plan and schedule electrical maintenance activities for both underground and open-cut projects Team Management - Oversee Auto Electricians and HV Electricians, ensuring efficient deployment and job execution Client & Business Development - Strengthen relationships with current clients and identify new opportunities in the Northern QLD region Recruitment & Onboarding - Support hiring, training, and integration of new team members Team Leadership - Provide guidance and performance management for field crews Site Visits & Engagement - Regular travel to Northern QLD sites for client meetings and team check-ins Safety & Compliance - Drive a strong safety culture and ensure best practices are upheld across all operationsWhat We're Looking For Trade Certification - AUS/NZ qualified in Mobile Plant or Auto Electrical Industry Experience - 2-3 years in a maintenance, scheduling, or coordination role within underground or open-cut mining Leadership & Communication - Strong ability to mentor, support, and collaborate with teams Technical Proficiency - Competent with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools Valid Driver's License - Must hold a C-Class LicenseWhy Choose Mader?
