Welcome guests to a genuinely memorable experience as a Front Desk Agent at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. As the first point of contact, you'll create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm welcome and ensure a friction-free guest experience
* Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests
* Take and manage guest bookings, up-sell opportunities, and inform guests about ways to improve their stay
* Handle cash and credit transactions
* Swiftly check guests in and out, taking IDs, handing out room keys, and controlling safety deposit boxes
* Record and act on guest preferences, handle messages, requests, questions, and concerns
* Be a trusted contact for all guests, providing assistance and support
* Follow safety procedures, reporting incidents and wearing protective gear when necessary
* Maintain a high standard of appearance and represent the brand as a ambassador
* Stay informed about daily events and activities
* Assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties when needed
