the most demanding environments.As a Sales Operation support specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the wider team in managing bid and sales activities, process and governance in support of Business Winning.The role will manage discreet packages of work (as directed by other team members) in support of specific bids and/or will provide administrative support to the wider activity of the team e.g. activities, process and governance.The role holder must possess an active Baseline or NV1 security clearance to commence the role.Responsibilities:Supports in aspects of the planning and execution of sales operationSupports the sales support in a timely and efficient manner, schedules and oversees key reportingHelps the Strategy and Growth team to define, tailor and implement a suitable Bid process to fit the Opportunity (building on process mandates and best practices available)Supports administration of Strategy and Growth team in client engagement, brief preparation, site visits for enhanced client and partner engagementClient and partner engagement in support of sales opportunities and bid supportInteracts with stakeholders at all appropriate levels across DI Australia and BAESAHelps administer the schedules and budgetsEnsures all key data is stored in a suitable repositoryManage Salesforce reporting and ensure opportunity owners maintain rigour with data.Supports regular status review meetingsSupports and promotes Business Development tools e.g. Business Winning Toolkit, Capture Plan Templates, Bid Content Library, Blue Sheets, etc.Proactive management of the diaries, appointments and commitments of the S&G TeamManage and effectively prioritise the Head S&G’s in-boxes, bringing urgent action items to their attention, when capacity allowsReceive, acknowledge and process all invitations for General Manager including key stakeholder engagementsManaging all documents created by or sent to S&G, storing them efficiently and effectively, tracking where documents are stored, who they have been sent to, who they came from, etcSetting up and managing document shares and folders, ensuring only appropriate staff has access to those shares, folders and documentsPreparing and collating inputs into briefing packs for regular for ensuring both timeliness and completenessMeeting, Travel and Financial management including visitor site access, meeting room bookings, travel approvals and bookings, expenses acquitals, etcAdditional Accountabilities:Manages own workloadMay be called on to induct other team membersMay be
