We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team at Citation Group.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing various reception-related tasks such as courier requests and meeting room bookings.
You will also provide overflow support to the Law team with tasks including travel and expense management, meeting coordination, CRM management, and document creation.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage all incoming calls and transfer or take messages
* Greet visitors to the Sydney office and maintain a clean and presentable reception area
* Perform various reception-related tasks such as courier requests and meeting room bookings
* Provide overflow support to the Law team with tasks including travel and expense management, meeting coordination, CRM management, and document creation
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, who is able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
* Minimum 6-12 months experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment
* Exceptional organisational abilities, including proactive follow-up
* Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
