About the role An amazing opportunity to be part of our MCC team. The ANZ IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful implementation of ERP projects across the ANZ region, from initiation to closure. Reporting to the IT Manager for Australia and NZ, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects successfully. We are open to candidates based in Victoria or South Australia. Duties include: Execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals, leveraging data for process enhancement, customer experience improvement, and innovation. Lead projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and success factors, and collaborate with IT and Plant Operations to achieve project objectives. Manage and update the ANZ ERP roadmap, proactively communicating with IT and Plant Leadership, and coordinate with IT leaders for project success. Optimize ERP implementation processes to enhance global delivery quality and efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Assess the impact of organizational changes on operations and develop mitigation plans with operational teams. Drive project management discipline, including planning, execution, communication, risk management, quality assurance, resource management, budget control, and project closure. About you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in project or program management role(s). Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike, MS Project, Jira, MS DevOps) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Leadership skills, including team management, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and drive change.
