If you feel you have lost your 'spark' and want to get back to delivering personalised nursing care to your patients, this could be the opportunity for you.Due to the expansion of our services in NSW, we have a casual, ongoing position available for an experienced registered nurse to join our community team working across the Inner West and surrounds with shifts available Monday to Friday and adhoc some weekend work (if desired). The hours we can offer span between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm and offer family-friendly flexibility. As well as working in the community, from time to time, there will also be an opportunity to do telehealth appointments with our RITH patients working in the comfort of your own home. As a Community Nurse, you will build rapport with your clients in their homes, whilst providing care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including health assessments, chronic wound care, and medication administration, as well as providing education and support to the patient and their family. What will set you apart from the rest?With previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient-centred approach.Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Working with children check/DCSI or equivalent Current driver's licence & reliable vehicle 2 Years' recent acute experience & ability to spot client deterioration Experience in PICC care/dressing/removal Chronic wound care experience is a bonus as well as cannulation skills Competent IT skills/literacy Our much-loved perksFlexible work rosters with no night shifts!
