This includes but is not limited to Public Open Space, roundabouts, medians, verges, community, and civic centre landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role coordinates all human, plant, fleet, and financial resources required to complete Horticultural Services maintenance works and is also responsible for:Maintaining and regularly reviewing management works schedules.Ensuring contractor compliance with contract specification standards.Developing and maintaining an atmosphere of continuous improvement for employees and quality of works in the Horticultural Services Unit.Managing customer enquiries and complaints relating to Streetscape and Horticultural Service Programs.About YouThe following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Licenses, certificates, or degrees.Demonstrated ability to guide and motivate a team towards achieving goals.Excellent verbal and written communications skills for clear and effective interaction across a large organisation and with external customers.Demonstrate leadership in the development and upgrading of streetscapes and civic landscapes including motivation and practical initiative.
