About the role Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills and a knack for driving commercial success? This role is designed for someone ready to manage high-profile brand partnerships with iconic global licenses like Disney, Marvel, and Harry Potter, working end-to-end on multi-million-dollar Continuity & Consumer programs, campaigns, and collaborations. What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the General Manager – Customer Engagement & Loyalty, you’ll: Create and define Continuity & Consumer campaigns and drive customer engagement and business value. Lead the activation of key events and customer moments through consumer programs. Grow revenue, profit and customer NPS. Compliment the loyalty strategy to grow engagement and lifetime value. Align across Business Units, Supply Chain, Store Leadership and Team Members to ensure consistent and excellent execution of customer programs. Work with partners and Coles’ ambassadors to bring to life best-in-class programs. Strengthen Coles’ position as the leading supermarket for customer programs. What you bring You’ll bring 10 years+ experience in a customer facing environment with proven experience in handling complex, multi-million-dollar projects with multiple dependencies. Importantly you’re able to think long-term and align projects with the broader business strategy while driving tangible commercial outcomes. We’re open to candidates with diverse backgrounds, such as Marketing Managers, Program Managers, Brand Marketing and Partnerships Managers, Strategy Managers, or Category Managers who are ready to take on a high-impact role. You’ll also need Experience leading cross functional teams and external contributors and printers. Ability to manage and influence multiple teams across brand, digital, & business units. Strong ability to negotiate terms and influence stakeholders at all levels. Extensive experience supporting a business to develop innovative customer solutions. Expertise in planning and strategy.
