Job Summary
This is a full-time office role within an established and reputable mortgage company based in Narellan. The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the loan packer and mortgage broker.

The team has a diverse background and skill base and undertakes regular training to keep up-to-date with the variety of loan products and changes that become available.
About the Opportunity
Responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the loan packer and mortgage broker
* Booking appointments, greeting clients and showing them into meeting rooms
* Maintaining the calendar ensuring clients are not overlooked
* Calling banks to ensure that all files are actively being managed through the pipeline
* Liaising with clients and lenders for any follow-up on outstanding documentation
The successful candidate will work closely with the offshore team and be required to undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Previous experience in a client-facing role
* Experience in the banking, finance or mortgage broking industry (desirable)
* Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills
* The ability to meet deadlines and manage workflows
* The ability to work as part of a team
