Our aim is for everyone to thrive in their role.About the roleThe cohealth School Readiness Funding program (SRF) delivers outreach services to designated kindergartens within the following local government areas: Melbourne, Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley, Hobson's Bay and Wyndham. The team builds the capacity of educators and families to promote communication (language, literacy and numeracy), wellbeing (social, emotional and executive function), and access, inclusion and participation.The SRF team offers many opportunities to work collaboratively with other Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists in the team as well as working closely with educators, teachers and families.
