As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our inspection team. This role offers travel opportunities across various locations interstate; however, the vast majority of work for this role is based in South Australia. Role Overview As an Inspector within our team, you will conduct detailed photographic and video dilapidation surveys at various project sites and neighbouring assets. You'll play a key role in ensuring that all surveys meet our high standards for accuracy and quality. You'll collaborate closely with other team members and contribute to process improvement by identifying areas for efficiency and quality enhancement. Key Responsibilities Inspection Activities Conduct comprehensive photographic and video surveys at different project sites. Ensure all inspection activities adhere to company standards for accuracy and quality. Prepare detailed reports carefully documenting defects at each location. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination across projects. Provide insights on opportunities for improvement to management and colleagues. Compliance and Safety Follow health and safety protocols during all inspection activities. Ensure proper use and care of inspection equipment. Process Enhancement Offer suggestions to improve inspection workflows and data collection processes. Qualifications Motivated and Enthusiastic: Self-driven with a passion for delivering high-quality work. Attention to Detail: Capable of producing accurate, thorough reports. Strong Communication Skills: Able to work effectively with team members and communicate findings clearly. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to handle challenges proactively. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or similar (must have). Photography skills and knowledge - looked favourably upon, but not required. Additional Information Work Environment: This role is predominantly based on-site inspections, but has occasional WFH duties. Travel Opportunities: The role may require regular travel to different locations across Australia, including interstate travel; however, it is predominantly based across Metropolitan Sydney.
