Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
Supporting the Area Manager with setting team growth goals and creating annual business plans and strategic goals.
Managing performance and ensuring financial, customer and quality KPI's are met across the team.
Balance clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
Building and nurture relationships – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients Requirements; Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiotherapy AHPRA or ESSA registration At least two year's experience in Occupational Rehabilitation Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting (previous Team leader experience ideal but we will consider accomplished and highly experienced senior consultants with mentoring/leadership experience) A commitment to being the best- we will provide you a phenomenal onboarding & the tools to excel A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans - you love what you do Effective Communicator - fantastic stakeholder manager Arriba is made up of innovators - we want our staff to bring new ideas to the table Fun & energy!
