Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of an efficient and streamlined Subdivisions, Enforcement and Planning Support function within the department. Provide leadership, supervision and support to staff. Provide direct support to the Manager City Growth & Development. Supervise the preparation of reports and documentation as appropriate. About you To be successful in this role you will have the following: A degree and experience in the field of specialist expertise, along with further formal qualifications in the field of expertise or in management; alternatively, lesser formal qualifications combined with extensive and diverse experience. Understanding of the Subdivision and Planning Enforcement processes, or a willingness to learn. Experience in successful team leadership and people management. Significant business administration, performance reporting and related project management experience. Experience in using, maintaining and updating development permit processing and records management systems is desirable.
