DELIVERY DRIVER / DELIVERY ASSISTANT - Multiple roles
This role requires the successful applicant to have solid experience in manual handling of cabinetry.
You will be responsible for the following ;
Loading, securing and unloading cabinetry and associated components in both a factory and building site environments.Use of a Forklift to Load Trucks and put storeroom items awayReconciling delivery paperwork and effective communication with the officePacking and preparing cabinetry for delivery to siteStock deliveries between each of the businesses factory's ( Littlehampton and Mt Barker )Maintaining a safe and well organised warehouse environment Maintaining the delivery vehicles are well presented In order to succeed in the role you will need ;
Excellent attention to detail and understanding of quality standardsBe able to work as part of a team and also independentlyHave great communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrate high levels of safety on the building sites and in the factoryDrivers License / Forklift License / MR Truck License ( Driver ) / Industry White CardPhysically fit and able to undertake manual handling activitiesAbility to follow operating procedures Be reliable, punctual and well presentedAbility to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditionsKnowledge of Cabinetry materials will be favorably considered These roles are offered on a casual basis with a commencement time of 6.30am from our Littlehampton factory.
