Work in collaboration and assist the Shop Manager with the following:
* Product sourcing and merchandising
* Managing relationships with suppliers
* Introducing new products
* Receiving, processing, and organizing deliveries
* Restocking shop items
* Ensuring the sales floor is organized
* Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate
* Updating signs and promotions
* Updating Point of Sale as needed
* Doing the banking weekly
Knowledge of/interest in model aircraft kits, diecast models, and aviation-related items would be desirable but not essential. Experience with the Square for Retail system is an advantage but not essential.

Training will be available on the job.
Time required
2 DAYS A WEEK. To begin with, the applicant will be working Monday and Tuesday with the current Shop Manager for training and may then be required to work 2 different days so the Shop would have a Manager or Assistant 4 days altogether.
Requirements
* Working with Children Check
* Retail experience is desirable as it will allow you to start with minimal training.
