Tasks and Responsibilities:-
* Project management
* Preparation of project folders
* Field works data entry
* Procurement of materials
* Scheduling & coordinating staff operations
* Client communications
* Front of office communications
* Hydrovac fleet scheduling
* Project reporting
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communications & phone manner
* Microsoft Office Competent - Word, Excel, Project
* Drivers license - Open (Truck license preferred)
* White Card - (Non essential, training to occur if employed)
* Civil experience ideal but not necessary
Hours of Employment
* Monday to Friday
* 7am to 4pm
* Average 40 to 50 hours / week
