About the Role
The Integrated Violence Prevention & Response Service (IVPRS) is responsible for strategic leadership, clinical service provision and capacity building for the portfolio areas of sexual assault, domestic violence and child protection.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and facilitating prevention and community development programs across the three IVPRS portfolios (sexual assault, child protection & domestic violence).

About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counsellor, Psychologist or Social Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling.
* Eligibility for appropriate professional registration or association membership.
* Demonstrated counselling experience in complex trauma and trauma-informed practice within a Violence, Abuse & Neglect setting.
* Demonstrated understanding of intergenerational trauma and the principles of cultural safety.
* Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently with some autonomy.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
