For further information please go to: About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges. The office-based Project Coordinator is responsible for engaging internal technicians & external contractors, scheduling, managing restoration projects and budgets to ensure the timely delivery of projects to our clients. The role works closely with estimator/supervisors, technicians, suppliers, sub-contractors, and finance team and reports to a Team Leader and restoration manager. Key activities include but are not limited to: Consistent and accurate administration and project coordination of small-medium restoration projects Organisation and scheduling of appropriate trades/technicians/estimators Cost management through claim life, handling of trade invoices Strong focus on KPIs Collating photos and other documents for submitting reports and quotations Liaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and regular updates Desired skills: Experience in contents & restoration works and/or insurance building repair coordination Thorough understanding of the restoration and/or building repair process, critical inspection points, and WHS requirements Track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships/accounts Exceptional organisational and time management skills Proactive and outcome-focused Ability to act independently and multi-task High attention to detail with excellent communication Due to our business being mostly weather-related and linked to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times to assist in the increased workloads.
