Your role at St John of God Bunbury Hospital The Administration Officer – Engineering, supports the Engineering department with administrative and reception tasks.
The role is responsible for ensuring that the operational status of the site(s)' assets meet operational requirements, SJGHC's obligations with respect to Australian Standards, relevant regulatory and licensing requirements in a best practice and cost effective manner.
The role is offered on a Permanent Full Time basis.
The Position: Responsible for job planning and coordination of reactive maintenance tasks (electronic work requests) in a computerised maintenance management system (Oracle ERP) involving regular interaction with the Deputy Combined Facilities Manager, Engineering caregivers, ward managers and contractors / suppliers.Adheres to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards.

Manage new work requests and backlog management as well as managing the Engineering Service Mailbox.
Escalate major breakdowns (affecting loss of function/potential business interruption to Combined Facilities Manager.
Job coordination and effective communication with various stakeholders, ensuring technical completion of job in CMMS.
Manage documents in the document management system and version control and organises, manages and ensures technical documentation and traceability.
Utilise Analytics Portal to run KPI reports and other departmental reports as required for review by Combined Facilities Manager.
Maintains records to support evidence of various activities performed by engineering department and support audits The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar Hospital and/or Commercial building maintenance management role along with the ability to demonstrate previous experience in the use of a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
To succeed you will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to develop stakeholder partnerships and networks.
