This is an initial 6-month Contract, based on-site in our office in Richmond.The role:As the End User IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users within dentsu. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.Core responsibilities:Providing technical support for hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.Responding to user inquiries and requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
