About the role
The Quality and Development Officer:
1. provides operational management support within the Academic Quality team
2. contributes to the coordination and execution of quality assurance audits and reviews (as part of internal and external monitoring activities)
3. is tasked with ensuring the consistency of service and effective updates to digital development and e-learning (, via the Learning Management System (LMS), and Academic Quality System (AQS))
4. plans, coordinates and communicates the design and delivery of professional development for academic staff
Applicant attributes
To be successful in this role you will ideally have knowledge of the VET Regulatory Standards and experience in and quality assurance, as well as the use of educational technology and multimedia applications, with a focus on accessibility, and come from a background in training and quality audting.
