About the Role
This exciting full-time opportunity is for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our New South Wales team of Sales & Education professionals and be responsible for the ultimate customer experience and development of new business within the Sydney area. In this customer-focused role, you will work in-field as the technical specialist, managing sales service-related matters with a strong focus on pioneering new business growth. You will preferably be based within the area.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Identify new business opportunities to partner with
* Maintain an established portfolio of long-term customer relationships to achieve growth targets of existing and new range offerings
* Achieve ongoing sales KPI’s to ensure brands are effectively promoted to the client base
* Continuously develop and build brand awareness within your territory
We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience:
* Proven sales experience managing a territory and achieving KPI’s, with a desire to grow existing accounts and develop new business
* Strong experience with face-to-face/online customer service
* Proven selling, planning, and preparation skills
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills
* Takes accountability and is self-motivated and driven to achieve and succeed
* Is a quick learner and can hit the ground running
* Is a self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills
* Is proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Suite of Programs
* Hairdressing or beauty knowledge or experience (desirable but not essential)
* Passion for the Hair industry is a must!
