As our Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our Trade retail storefront by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Proudly representing the Lincoln Sentry Trade Network
* Delivering safety and customer service excellence
* Aiding in cost management strategies through maintaining productivity and storage efficiency
* Maintaining a professional branch and warehouse appearance
* Collaborating with national teams to ensure procedures are followed
* Contributing to a zero-harm work environment for customers and team members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and unrestricted Class C Driver Licence or higher
* Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
* An open mind and flexibility to change
