TTC Tour Brands, home to prestigious brands like Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Costsaver, and Contiki, is seeking a Sales Manager to cover NSW South and the ACT region on a 12-month parental leave contract. This part-time position requires a minimum of three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Marketing Plans: Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for key accounts in NSW South and the ACT.
* Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular contact and support.
* Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to agents via weekly sessions, presentations, and e-commerce strategies.
* Marketing Collateral Management: Ensure effective use and placement of marketing materials in key account agencies.
* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and beneficial trade/consumer events.
* Industry and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries, ensuring timely reporting.
* Group Business Management: Foster group business from initiation to departure, maintaining agent contact throughout.
* Budget Management: Manage the budget efficiently, adhering to policies.
Qualifications/Knowledge:
* Proven experience in sales management and account management.
* Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
* Intimate knowledge of the travel agency network, distribution chains, and key account relationships is advantageous.
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software.
* Ability to analyse market trends and provide strategic feedback.
* Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills.
