This is a 6-month temporary to permanent position with potential for progression.About your new job:Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role has been created to support multiple business units across the business nationally through providing strategic business insights and commercial advice to assist the management team in reaching their business goals.The core tasks aligned to this position will include:Prepare, review, analyse and distribute financial data and reports to the management team.Review all stock adjustment/valuation, accruals, WIP valuation and Wages, to ensure accurate and robust transactional control.Manage and oversee all stocks reconciliations, ensure all reconciliations between various systems are completed with high quality standard.
Ensure minimised risks in stock variances and take proper actions on stock gains or losses.Manage and deliver on operational budget and forecastSupply chain and Procurement reporting and analysisSupport business to develop capital expenditure plans, ensure it's financially sound and deliverable.
Prepare feasibility analysis for CAPEX projects and assist in subsequent measurement and controlIdentify opportunities for process and procedure improvements and work with management to implement.Business partner to the site management.Provide support for internal and external audits.Manage to provide detail and in depth analysis on business performances, not limited to financial performances.Provide local and senior management insights on how the business perform and identify areas and opportunities to improveBuild and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the businessAbout you!Will hold a professional Accounting qualificationComes from a commercial industry background such as FMCG, Retail, consumer products or manufacturingIs proven at helping non-financial stakeholders reach their business goals.
