Thoroughly examine and assess Head Contracts pre-construction to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Assist in preparing subcontract terms and conditions for operational staff, by the company's contractual strategies Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate potential legal and financial liabilities throughout the project lifecycle.
