Great opportunity to join a successful company that provides various machines, spare parts and service work to the metal manufacturing and fabrication industry around Australia. They are looking for an Admin / Spare parts Store person to join their successful business.
Reporting to the Office Manager your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) being responsible for organising spare parts for the service team, ordering spares from overseas suppliers, managing stock levels, sending parts to customers, communicating direct with customers, assisting with general admin duties and at times using a walk behind forklift (no licence needed) to assist with loading or unloading parts.
General administrative task such as filing, minor data entry, basic Invoicing Inventory Control & Stocktaking and Support admin staff as needed will require you to use apple MacBooks.
This position is offering plenty variety and a permanent full time position in a very successful business.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
