ABOUT THE ROLE
A Project Coordinator typically oversees the execution of mobile crushing operations at various project sites. Their role involves managing resources, ensuring project timelines are met, and coordinating between different teams and stakeholders
KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage schedules for mobile crushing operations.
Ensure crushing equipment is mobilized and set up on-site efficiently.
Coordinate logistics for material movement and equipment deployment.
Team Coordination:
Liaise with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Supervise and support mobile crushing crews.
Resolve operational challenges and ensure a smooth workflow
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Conduct safety briefings and enforce protocols on-site.
Maintain records of inspections and incident reports.
Resource Management:
Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance or repairs.
Manage inventory for necessary materials and spare parts.
Optimize resource allocation to meet project demands.
Reporting and Communication:
Track project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
Address client requirements and provide technical support as needed.
Document operational metrics and identify areas for improvement
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A background in engineering, construction management, or related fields is often preferred.
Current unencumbered C Western Australian Drivers License.
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in mobile crushing, mining, or aggregate processing operations.
Understanding of crushing equipment and related operations.
Knowledge of materials processing and site preparation.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Experience conducting safety training and audits.
Good understanding of all relevant State and Federal legislation relevant to Mining Operations in Western Australia.
Good understanding of applicable Health and Safety standards and codes of practice.
Above average competency with demonstrated skills in spread sheet and presentation applications, word processing and database applications.
Competent with use of PRONTO (desirable).
Competent with HSE related software (Cintellate, Chemalert, etc).

Receive $12k residential allowance per annum, if you are residential and not FIFO.
Receive up to $5k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location.
