In operation since 2017, they are a growing company and offer a dynamic working environment where your ideas and strong work ethic will be valued.Your new roleThis is an exciting and dynamic industry and as Manufacturing Manager you’ll work within a dedicated team focused on producing an exceptional product in line with regulatory requirements. Longer term there will be opportunity for further advancement within the business. As Manufacturing Manager you’ll be responsible for:Adhering to pharmaceutical GMP standards for manufacturingScheduling of work priorities for production staffProviding leadership to the manufacturing team leaders and supervisorsCreating production schedules to maximise outputIdentifying areas of process and efficiency improvementsEvaluating and reporting on production deviationsUpholding compliance for legislative and regulatory requirementsAdhering to HS&E requirements of the production teamOverseeing material and inventory systems.What you'll need to succeedYou are a results-driven individual who has strong management experience and are looking for an opportunity where you can grow your career further. Your background will include GMP and prior experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated food manufacturing industry, and you’ll be experienced with the processes of change control, compliance, investigation, and deviation.Proactive and a self-starter, you are a strong decision maker who is focused on process improvement and has the ability to manage growth and change.
