Regional Sales Manager NSW - HVAC (Wholesale) Your new role
Your mission will be to drive revenue growth, enhance gross margins, and elevate team performance across the NSW Metro, South Coast, and Central Coast regions.
This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader to oversee both internal and external sales teams, optimize customer engagement, and execute strategic initiatives to expand market share and product penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve quarterly revenue targets while improving gross margins through strategic pricing, discount management, and product mix optimization.
* Build and lead a high-performing sales team through structured coaching, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
* Enhance the internal sales team's product knowledge and upselling capabilities.
* Strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular client meetings, driving customer retention and loyalty.
* Oversee accurate entry and tracking of quotes and projects using Monday.com.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product Managers, and the Commercial Manager to align on promotions, product launches, and market strategies.
* Drive supplier collaboration to maximize joint marketing initiatives and product promotions.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in HVAC wholesale, with a proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving high performance in a player/coach capacity.
