About the Role
This role plays a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end development process, from acquisitions to project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with acquisitions, including feasibility assessments, market research, and risk analysis
* Managing project budgets, cost controls, and development application submissions
* Supporting pre-construction and construction activities, ensuring quality and compliance
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and marketing teams
* Driving process improvements, focusing on best practices and technological advancements
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in property development or a related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of experience in property development or project management
* Strong skills in project software, Microsoft Office, and financial modelling
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
* A thorough understanding of property regulations, market dynamics, and leasing practices
