This role is responsible for undertaking complex research and analysis on the future skills outlook in terms of employment demand and industry workforce skill needs to identify training needs.
About You
You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for training and business growth from multi-faceted research. You can manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment and have a high attention to detail. High level communication skills and your ability to present data insights and findings in a user-friendly manner are critical to this role. You have demonstrated ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders to support strategic skills alignment across TAFE NSW.
Essential Requirements:
1. Degree qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience relevant to the role.
2. Demonstrated expertise in undertaking research and identifying and using data sources to assist in drawing meaningful insights and providing clear, concise reports and analysis for planning purposes.
3. Expertise in using Microsoft Office suite, computational methods and statistical tools.
4. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
