We also help everyday Australians to maximise their salary by administering employee benefit programs and help them to get into the car of their dreams.Who we're looking for:The Education Manager – Novated and Salary Packaging is responsible for ensuring the efficient and quality execution of Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging Education and Awareness for key clients. This role plays a pivotal role in building the brand across our valued partners and ensuring lead opportunities for Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging are maximized.The role is responsible for supporting the Relationship Management team in enhancing opportunities through key relationships and making themselves available for onsite and digital information sessions. The role requires a combination of onsite presence, either through sessions booked in conjunction with the Relationship Manager or directly with the Employer following advice from the relevant RM.Key focus is on supporting the business in growing the number of Novated Leases and Salary Packages across the FleetPartners Client portfolio.A key priority and focus in this role is supporting the Relationship Manager for the Queensland Government Arrangement and increasing our market share on the panel through the uptake of Novated Leases.What you'll be doing:Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Actively engage with Relationship Managers and Team membersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholdersIdentify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutionsEnsure client and customer satisfaction through excellent service deliveryEducation and Awareness:Build an education and activation plan aligned with specific client engagement strategyProvide information to employees on the possible benefits of Novated Leasing and Salary packagingConduct a combination of physical onsite and digital information sessions and presentations, either in conjunction with the Relationship Manager or directly with the client following advice from the relevant RM.Sales and Lead Generation:Increase Leads and Sales for Novated Leasing and Salary PackagingMeet sales/revenue targets and KPIs set by the organisationUpsell and cross-sell products to maximise revenue opportunitiesIncrease leads and sales specifically for Queensland Government ArrangementBrand Awareness:Increase brand awareness for the FleetPartners Group across clients through effective communication and engagement strategiesProduct Knowledge:Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate and factual information to clients and customersIssue Resolution and Complaint Management:Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner in collaboration with the relevant RM and Customer Experience (CX) TeamClient / Portfolio Management:Manage an assigned client portfolio to ensure effective and strategic client managementMinimum Requirements:Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.Experience in sales or customer service is preferredStrong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Aptitude for fostering positive relationshipsTeamwork and leadership skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skills.Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.Ability to understand and address client needs effectivelyProven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to Novated Leasing and Salary PackagingAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyResults-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIsSelf-Motivated in setting up an activity schedule and engaging with Clients to create access to their Employees.Benefits:7 additional days of annual leave per year.16 weeks paid parental leave for primary careers, regardless of gender and with no minimum tenure and 4 weeks paid leave for secondary carers.a 'Dress for your Day' policy.flexible and hybrid working arrangements.Rewards programme, including a range of discounts from a variety of retailersan extensive range of other employee benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
