About the Role As an Onboarding Consultant, you will be integral to the new client onboarding process for our Financial Administration clients. Through case management, you will confirm and protect new clients' assets, income and entitlements, assess clients' needs to set up an initial budget, and prepare clients for an ongoing relationship with State Trustees. You will also play a vital role in welcoming new clients to the organisation and helping them to understand the role State Trustees will play in their life to protect and manage their financial and legal affairs. Skills & Experience Experience working in a client outcome environment Experience managing a caseload of clients Capacity to have effective, person-centred financial conversations with a diverse range of people Experience managing budgets and/or being responsible for finances Strong commitment to and capacity for teamwork, collaboration and networking Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports and recommendations Well-developed communication skills with ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and people internally and externally. Strong time and organisational management skills Understanding and experience dealing with clients with a disability and vulnerable clients Competent financial literacy Basic computer literacy including competent use of Microsoft Office Business administration experience preferably within the financial, legal or disability sectors will help you secure this role.
