We are actively seeking qualified individuals to join our dynamic team as ICT Support Technicians, particularly those with experience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs). As a crucial member of our ICT department, you will play a pivotal role in providing first-line technical support to end-users within an MSP environment. Your responsibilities will include:

* Determining software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to problems.
* Responding promptly to inquiries about software and hardware issues.
* Adapting existing programs to meet users' specific requirements.
* Installing and downloading appropriate software.
* Ensuring the efficient use of applications and equipment.
* Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers, and modems.
* May work in a call center environment.
* Conducting routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and optimizations.
* Monitoring system performance and implementing proactive measures.
* Conducting training sessions for end-users and creating user guides and documentation.
* Collaborating with cybersecurity teams to ensure a secure ICT environment.
* Analyzing and diagnosing complex ICT issues, escalating problems when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an ICT Support Technician or in a similar role, preferably within an MSP setting.
Strong knowledge of ICT systems, hardware, and software.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Certifications in relevant technologies or relevant academic qualifications.
Must possess the ability to manage travel within the city of Perth, either by car or public transport.
