About the RoleAs a Digital Marketing Manager working in the Home Loans Advertising team you'll play a key role in managing full-funnel digital media, developing creative fit for channel and bringing campaigns to market.
This role is responsible for managing and optimising digital components of integrated marketing campaigns.
You'll work with media and creative agencies, marketing teams, product and business stakeholders to deliver campaigns which help us to meet sales objectives.

What will your day look like?As a Digital Marketing Manager, you are accountable for:
Collaboratively develop, brief and optimise media and creative for best-in-class execution across digital channelsManage campaign digital asset production to support campaign deliveryPulling relevant digital levers through ongoing optimisation and testing to deliver sales and leads targets.Collaborating with the PSE, Brand & Advertising, and Strategy & Propositions teams to ensure marketing campaigns have maximum impact on acquisition.Project managing the PSE team deliverables to create integrated messaging on anz.com, personalisation and customer journeysCustomer experience that is data driven and personalised, leveraging unified customer data across all interactions to allow for purposeful initiatives.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive experience in digital marketing preferably with Finance or service industry experienceDeep knowledge of how to use digital channels and platforms to maximise overall digital execution, innovation and delivery of digitally led customer and commercial outcomesProficiency in managing digital marketing, website personalisation or targeted marketing, creative development & productionExperience with sourcing and analysing data, drawing insights, performance reporting and campaign optimisationStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsCommercially savvy with strong results focusStrong experience working with or within advertising agencies to develop and manage campaigns that meet business objectivesYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
