As the Graphics Design & Marketing Coordinator, you will get hands-on experience in... • Managing digital and social media marketing across platforms including Facebook, Facebook Business, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business, and Google Analytics, ensuring consistent branding and engagement;
• Coordinating business updates and email marketing campaigns, handling all aspects of design, copywriting, scheduling, testing, and database management to drive effective communication;
• Designing standardised templates across all business areas, supporting cohesive communication and branding efforts;
• Creating marketing collateral, including EDM tiles, GIF banners, posters, signage, property renders, floor plans, Information Memorandums and other digital design assets for various business functions;
• Maintaining and updating company websites via WordPress, ensuring content is current and SEO-optimised;
• Developing online campaign strategies, through Google Ads and remarketing banners;
• Developing and producing Expressions of Interest and proposals, tailoring content to meet client and company needs;
• Managing Commercial Real Estate and Real Commercial accounts, optimising property listings and engagement with potential clients; and
• Supporting additional design and marketing projects as required by the company and its related entities, ensuring high-quality execution across all outputs.
This role would be suitable for someone with... • Relevant experience in a similar role (preferred);
• An interest in the commercial property industry;
• Efficiency in online platforms and Adobe suites;
• Graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustration, Photoshop and Canva;
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, as well as attention to detail;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as copywriting and proofreading skills;
• A solid understanding of various digital marketing platforms, channels, and best practices;
• Strong analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports;
• A high level of creativity;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; and
• Ability to work under pressure and receive feedback.
