Job Summary
The Payroll Analyst/Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day payroll activities, ensuring accurate data processing and maintenance. This includes timely and efficient delivery of benefits services to the business in accordance with Company and legislative guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Transacting payroll activities in accordance with the monthly timetable.
* Supporting the payroll process and resolving queries and issues raised by the business.
* Escalating complex issues to the Senior Payroll Analyst as required.
About the Role
This is a 12-month contract opportunity with Woodside Energy, a Global Energy Company. You will join a high-performing team delivering global payroll services and have the chance to work towards establishing a Global Payroll Centre of Excellence.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
* Previous experience in payroll (minimum 2+ years).
* Experience in SAP or EC/ECP (highly desirable).
* Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
* Flexible and able to address multiple issues simultaneously.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a high workload without supervision.
