Based in our Wacol Head Office, you'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, optimise operations, and drive commercial success.
About the job:
* Manage and coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for the On-Highway Business.
* Deliver accurate financial reporting including revenue, gross profit, and expense analysis.
* Provide commercial insights to enhance decision making and performance.
* Conduct margin analysis and forecasting to improve financial accuracy.
* Ensure tight balance sheet management, overseeing policy costs, warranty rejects, and inventory control.
* Participate in financing discussions, including foreign currency hedging and cash flow management.
* Steering Penske toward sustainable growth and strong governance.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead and support ad-hoc financial projects to enhance business outcomes.
About you:
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business
* CPA or CA qualification with 10+ years post degree experience, including at least 5 years in a commercial environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with advanced financial literacy and analytical skills.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence strategic outcomes.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
* Experience in heavy vehicle or automotive industries
* Proven ability to present financial insights to senior leadership teams .
