The role will implement leading parental leave policy/practices and their family-friendly workplace accreditation, enabling gender equity and building an inclusive culture.An authentic nature and genuine interest in people is essential, and the ability to engage with a broad range of people is crucial. The ability to adapt delivery style to your audience is also a must.Key focuses include:Diagnose business needs, and develop and update I&D strategy to deliver on our clients EVP and corporate strategyDesign, develop, execute and project manage effective I&D programs and solutionsManage a range and variety of projects simultaneously across the businessBuild relationships and develop business partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersEngage stakeholders and manage expectations (internal and external)Manage procurement contracts for relevant suppliersManage budget, governance, compliance and reporting for I&D programs including maintenance of relevant operational policies, procedures and processesLead, manage and implement associated culture and organisation change initiatives to achieve I&D outcomesFacilitate associated I&D forums and development interventionsEmbed continuous improvement practices The Successful Candidate This role will appeal to an experienced OD professional that enjoys developing strategies, managing programs, and working as part of a close team in I&D.
