The role will ensure development and administration of leases, contracts and other property dealings and documents on behalf of Council.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in drafting, interpreting and managing land agreements, transactions, land dealings and tenure matters, as it relates to Council's land assets.Additional FactorsParticipation in after hours and weekend work is a requirement of this position.Mandatory QualificationsQualification in a relevant field (e.g.
