Job Description The RolePeninsula Grammar School is seeking an experienced ICT Service Desk Technician to join our Information & Communication Technology department. As the ICT Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to staff and students across the school.This role is full-time ongoing and can commence immediately, or by negotiation.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for all ICT equipment, including laptops, desktops, iPads, and printers.Install, configure, and maintain ICT hardware and software for staff and students; monitor equipment inventory.Provide training on ICT equipment and software; assist with ICT policy implementation.Manage and loan ICT and A/V resources; handle hardware warranty claims and repairs.Respond to help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution; delegate and escalate tickets as needed.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights; contribute to IT documentation and participate in IT projects.
