Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities As a Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be: Responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, managing customer interactions and developing solutions and providing guidance and mentoring to the offshore development team. Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Act as the primary technical lead contact for Salesforce sprint work, providing expert guidance and resolving complex issues. Collaborate with the customer to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, develop and deliver effective solutions. Lead the daily standups with the customer and the internal Salesforce team. Develop Salesforce solutions based on the priorities received. Deployment of solutions in production if required Provide guidance to the offshore development team and providing technical direction if required Ensuring adherence to project/sprint timelines and quality standards. Conduct regular code reviews and technical assessments to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate solutions. Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products, including: • Working to lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.• Scoping and designing features and enhancement to the platforms to meet wide ranging business requirements for customer experience.• Advising on best practice of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.• Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.• Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers Let’s talk about your capability and experience.
