About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in CCR (Comprehensive Credit Reporting) to lead the development and execution of financial solutions across our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methodology values, principles, and practices.
* Organize the project team and ensure team events are productive.
* Educate the squad on goals, scope, and product domain.
* Track project progress, deliverables, and financials.
* Coordinate demos and product/system testing.
* Maintain accurate information in tools and report on progress.
* Cultivate Agile Team self-management.
* Focus the team on creating increments of value and remove blockers when necessary.
* Promote updates in relevant IT forums.
Required Skills/Experience:
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
* Previous experience in CCR project mandatory.
* Working knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
* Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Experience managing project budgets, resource allocation, and efficient asset utilization.
* Expertise in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues.
* Ability to adapt to changing environments and evolve change solutions for flexibility and agility.
* Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions under pressure, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum.
